What you will do
- Source and identify opportunities through the VAR ecosystem and engage directly with end customers to influence outcomes.
- Coordinate sales motions with VARs to achieve revenue and growth targets in the LATAM region.
- Deliver ongoing training and enablement for VAR inside sales and field teams.
- Plan and execute joint GTM activities, including sales trainings, management meetings, and business reviews.
- Manage pipeline and partner engagement reporting using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT/PC hardware, software, or partner development.
- Proven track record of working with Value Added Resellers (VARs).
- Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong ability to articulate software functionality at a functional and architectural level.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Mexico, Central America, or Caribbean markets.
- Proficiency in Portuguese.
- Familiarity with endpoint security or networking concepts.
