hirify.global is a global financial operating system providing corporate cards, cross-border payments, and spend management software for businesses worldwide.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and iterate Account Based Marketing strategies specifically for the Colombian market.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize conversion rates and sales materials.
  • Work closely with the Country Manager to track and exceed key performance indicators.
  • Build value-driven relationships with business owners to support their financial goals.
  • Maintain operational excellence in pipeline management and quota attainment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing startup, specifically within fintech, payments, or banking.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Hubspot or Tableau.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present professionally at all organizational levels.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Bogota, Colombia.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Portuguese.
