What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Develop and iterate Account Based Marketing strategies specifically for the Colombian market.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize conversion rates and sales materials.
- Work closely with the Country Manager to track and exceed key performance indicators.
- Build value-driven relationships with business owners to support their financial goals.
- Maintain operational excellence in pipeline management and quota attainment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
- Prior experience in a fast-growing startup, specifically within fintech, payments, or banking.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Hubspot or Tableau.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present professionally at all organizational levels.
- Must be based in or able to work from Bogota, Colombia.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Portuguese.
