What you will do
- Own a portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts with a dual focus on retention and growth.
- Identify and manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities through the full sales cycle from lead to close.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to understand goals and flag risks early.
- Contribute to shaping and iterating the at-scale commercial motion for a new business function.
Requirements
- 2+ years of closing experience in technology sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business across SMB and mid-market accounts.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into a consultative sale.
- Based in Dublin and available to be in the office 3-4 days per week.
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders from developers up to the CTO.
- Experience with SQL or a strong willingness to learn.
