What you will do
- Manage partnership marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry-leading brand partners as their primary contact.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and regional teams to deliver successful campaigns.
- Engage with salons to maximize campaign participation and engagement.
- Identify and support new commercial opportunities within existing partnerships.
- Track campaign performance and utilize insights to continually improve results.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in sales, account management, partnerships, or business development.
- Proven track record of working towards commercial objectives, targets, or KPIs.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Must be based in the UK or Ireland.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or the technology sector.
- Exposure to partnership, channel, or co-marketing campaigns.
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, or salon industry.
- Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
