TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (Edtech): Managing and retaining large-scale enterprise customers for a technical learning platform with an accent on data-driven value demonstration and strategic account growth. Focus on conducting QBRs/EBRs, building C-level relationships, and aligning learning outcomes with business goals.
Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (on-site work required Wednesday and Thursday)

What you will do
- Lead strategic engagements including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to drive platform adoption.
- Build and maintain trusted, authority-based relationships with C-level stakeholders, such as CTOs and CHROs.
- Proactively mitigate churn risk and position enterprise accounts for continued growth and expansion.
- Translate Skill IQ trends and usage reports into compelling narratives that demonstrate investment value.
- Meet and exceed quarterly renewal rates and upsell targets defined by the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management, specifically within HR tech, LMS, or learning platforms.
- Ability to perform value-led discovery to uncover customer business objectives and desired outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with L&D, HR, or talent teams to run enablement and onboarding initiatives.
- Strong data fluency to analyze license utilization and usage charts to drive customer strategy.
- Must be able to work from the Dublin office every Wednesday and Thursday.
