Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

Salary: €70,000–€75,000 OTE

What you will do

• Own the overall relationship with assigned clients to increase adoption and ensure retention.
• Manage monthly renewals and identify opportunities for upselling additional protection layers.
• Establish strategic advisor relationships to drive continued product value.
• Develop and nurture customers for advocacy while tracking key performance indicators.
• Resolve inbound support issues related to renewals and product changes.
• Advocate for customer needs and issues across internal departments.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work from Cork, Ireland.
• 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven ability to exceed goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience working with Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
