Mid Market Account Executive (SaaS): Managing the full sales cycle for new business acquisition in the Benelux region with an accent on strategic prospecting and value-based selling. Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days at home)

What you will do
- Manage the entire sales process from initial lead to final close.
- Articulate and demonstrate the value proposition to prospective customers.
- Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Implement and run pilot programs for new prospects.
- Maintain accurate weekly sales forecasts and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken French and Dutch is required.
- Proven experience in SaaS and enterprise software sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Experience selling platform solutions or visionary/transformation products.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment.
- Ability to lead technical presentations and demos.
