Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

What you will do
- Own a portfolio of commercial accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Drive expansion revenue by identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Analyze customer goals, team structures, and usage patterns to surface growth opportunities.
- Articulate and demonstrate platform value to build business cases for broader adoption.
- Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders and executives.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure high adoption and account health.
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant account management or commercial sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Fluency in Hebrew is required.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding expansion or upsell targets.
- Experience engaging with sales leaders and C-Suite executives.
- Strong consultative, growth-oriented mindset.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Dublin, Ireland.
