Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of commercial accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Drive expansion revenue by identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Analyze customer goals, team structures, and usage patterns to surface growth opportunities.
  • Articulate and demonstrate platform value to build business cases for broader adoption.
  • Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders and executives.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure high adoption and account health.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant account management or commercial sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Fluency in Hebrew is required.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding expansion or upsell targets.
  • Experience engaging with sales leaders and C-Suite executives.
  • Strong consultative, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Dublin, Ireland.
