What you will do

• Develop and implement models using optimization and machine learning to solve complex supply chain problems.
• Analyze large supply chain datasets to derive insights and provide strategic recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for algorithms in collaboration with Inbound and Transportation teams.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to streamline the supply chain and improve key metrics.
• Communicate technical results and concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (M.S. or PhD preferred) in Data Science, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
• Strong background in Optimization and Machine Learning with experience deploying models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 4+ years of industry experience solving business problems with cross-domain partners.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries.
• Experience using optimization libraries such as Gurobi, Xpress, or CPLEX.
• Ability to use collaborative tools like Git and Confluence.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience specifically solving supply-chain business problems.
• Experience with deep learning models (NNs, CNNs, LSTM) and RL models.
