What you will do

• Design, implement, and lead complex computer vision and machine learning models for real-world business problems.
• Develop production-grade ML services and APIs and integrate models into production systems.
• Build scalable data processing workflows and infrastructure for automated training, hyperparameter tuning, and deployment.
• Monitor model performance, investigate issues, and implement improvements for accuracy, reliability, and availability.
• Own end-to-end model monitoring, maintenance, and retraining systems.
• Lead and mentor computer vision and machine learning engineers while collaborating with Product, Data Science, data engineering, and software development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer or electrical engineering, or a related field; a master's degree in computer vision, machine learning, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline is preferred, or equivalent CV experience.
• 6+ years of experience applying computer vision and machine learning techniques in production environments.
• Experience with detection and segmentation models, computer vision foundation models, VLMs, MLLMs, and generative tools such as diffusers.
• 6+ years of experience with Python, SQL, Spark or equivalent technologies, and frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• 4+ years of experience with cloud platforms or environments such as AWS, Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake, plus Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, distributed systems, large-scale data processing, and tools such as Kafka.

• Publications in leading computer vision conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, or ECCV.
