Focus on identifying expansion opportunities, managing renewals, and executing strategic sales plans to increase client spend.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote across the U.S., or Onsite in Tampa, FL or Fargo, ND)

What you will do

  • Drive existing account growth and increase client spend within mid-market accounts.
  • Develop value-added relationships and nurture key clients in specific market verticals.
  • Identify opportunities to upgrade Microsoft ecosystems, including Dynamics, Business Central, and Azure.
  • Own the renewal process and conduct ongoing discovery to find expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with executive-level stakeholders to track adoption and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Delivery functions to improve the overall Go To Market strategy.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in account management focused on SaaS or partner sales.
  • Proven track record of increasing customer spend via cross-sell or upsell.
  • Deep understanding of ERP and CRM solutions, preferably within Professional Services or Manufacturing + Distribution.
  • Solid grasp of the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Experience managing mid-market businesses ($25M - $500M in total revenue) is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building high-level stakeholder relationships.
