TL;DR

Membership Executive (SaaS): Managing the existing Chinese market to maximize revenue and drive sustainability improvements with an accent on upselling, upgrades, and customer value perception. Focus on identifying growth opportunities via data analysis and conducting webinars to increase product adoption.

Location: Hybrid in Hong Kong (8 days a month from the office)

What you will do

  • Manage the Chinese market to drive revenue growth through strategic upsells and upgrades.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities using data-driven targeted actions.
  • Develop and host webinars to improve value perception and drive interest in various solutions.
  • Coordinate with frontline teams to maximize upselling opportunities and ensure effective content.
  • Prepare technical reports on market status and trends for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements and automation to increase team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Business Development or SDR.
  • Proven experience in sales or inside sales/upselling with comfortable proactive outreach.
  • Professional fluency in Mandarin and English is a must.
  • Foundational understanding of AI concepts.
  • Ability to interpret data to identify actions and present to large groups.
  • Must be based in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • Digital marketing experience.
