What you will do

• Receive, review, and resolve consumer disputes regarding tenant screening application results.
• Ensure all dispute activities comply with FCRA regulations and hirify.global Resident Screening guidelines.
• Communicate with consumers to gather details, provide updates, and deliver investigation results.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all steps taken during the dispute resolution process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a legal or regulatory compliance position.
• Knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or other consumer rights processes.
• Familiarity with credit reports and civil/criminal record terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional phone demeanor.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Waltham, MA office (Hybrid)
