What you will do

• Assist with the company’s Compliance Risk Assessment and Work Plan processes.
• Support third-party risk management initiatives and projects.
• Gather documentation for client and regulatory audit requests.
• Prepare client attestations and maintain departmental SharePoint pages.
• Perform research, analysis, and summarization of compliance issues.
• Coordinate departmental projects, meetings, agendas, and minutes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s Degree in English, History, Political Science, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Internet/Intranet interfaces.
• Effective written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a stable home internet connection (minimum 50/10 Mbps).

Nice to have

• 1 year of experience in regulatory compliance or a legal department.
• Knowledge of SharePoint.
• Paralegal or legal secretary/assistant certificate.
