Location: Hybrid (New York, NY) — contribute from the New York, NY office a minimum of four days per week
Salary: USD 50,000 - USD 70,000 yearly

What you will do
- Handle heavy email traffic for internal and external executives in a professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and maintain Outlook calendars, invites, and materials
- Assist with document creation across Microsoft platforms (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports and check requests
- Support employment law operations, including preparation of materials for EEOC submissions and mediations, and assist with case and legislation research
- Maintain and organize files; manage office spaces and ordering for the team; process outside legal counsel invoices via TyMetrix e-billing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative capacity
- Extremely knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Basic familiarity with AI platforms
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-oriented executive environment
