Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist (SaaS): Executing and scaling global digital outbound marketing programs to drive new logo leads and pipeline with an accent on paid media, demand generation, and cross-functional alignment. Location: Hybrid (Must be based in San Mateo, CA, USA) with onsite expectations 3x/week (Tues - Thurs)

Salary: $130,000 - $162,000

What you will do

  • Define and scale global integrated campaigns to exceed leads, pipeline, and revenue goals for mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Execute digital outbound tactics, including the optimization of high-impact email and paid media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, brand, and sales leadership to ensure a seamless prospect experience.
  • Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring best-in-class execution across demand generation channels.
  • Analyze campaign and pipeline performance data to provide actionable organizational recommendations.
  • Drive the innovation roadmap using AI, personalization, and marketing automation to scale content.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience with deep expertise in global demand generation and new business acquisition.
  • Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn, GDN, SEM, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret multi-dimensional campaign, pipeline, and revenue data.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle stages.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with a bias for action.
