What you will do

• Coordinate daily outbound shipments, including LTL/TL and international freight dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with hazardous materials (HAZMAT) documentation and labeling requirements.
• Manage carrier equipment needs, door assignments, and communication for live loads.
• Oversee cold chain order processing, including temperature set-point validation and manifest accuracy.
• Reconcile open orders and validate trailer loading to ensure proper load securement and chain-of-custody.
• Provide supervisory backup and training for operations staff to ensure process efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Background in operations and knowledge of the transportation industry.
• Experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) or Mercury Gate.
• HAZMAT certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work onsite in Memphis, TN.
