What you will do

• Plan and approve orders to maximize capacity, including building multi-stop truckloads.
• Coordinate load tendering, shipment execution, and day-to-day operational communication.
• Track shipments from origin to destination, proactively identifying and resolving service issues.
• Source and secure transportation capacity across carrier networks and brokerage partners.
• Monitor shipment activity, including pickup confirmations and exception management.
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with carriers to support margin objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or brokerage operations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis (no sponsorship).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with load planning, dispatching, or carrier management.
• Familiarity with TL, PTL, LTL, or specialized freight operations.
• Experience with TMS, load boards, or carrier portals.
• Exposure to transportation regulations and DOT compliance.
