Salary: $110,000 – $145,000 base

What you will do

• Manage operational servicing for tender offer and interval funds across private equity, hedge, and private credit asset classes.
• Oversee fund accounting, financial reporting to investors, partner capital statements, and tax deliverables.
• Design and implement processes to enhance and automate product, management, and operational reporting for better scalability.
• Maintain professional relationships with underlying fund managers, administrators, and distributors.
• Reconcile internal records to NAV packages and review financial statements prepared by administrators.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to fund documentation and SEC/FINRA requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, statistics, or a related business field.
• 5+ years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or finance operations.
• Must be based in New York, NY, and available to work in the office Monday-Thursday.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating between multiple internal and external teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with alternative investment funds, including fund-of-funds and feeder funds.
• Background in private equity or private credit.
• Previous experience within an audit framework.
