What you will do

• Define and execute the SEO strategy and roadmap across all web properties, balancing quick wins with long-term investments.
• Develop the AEO/GEO strategy to ensure the company is consistently cited and surfaced in AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude.
• Build and maintain a scalable SEO playbook and content calendar in partnership with PMM and engineering teams.
• Implement entity consistency and optimize content for extractability across all platforms.
• Establish SEO observability and monitoring infrastructure to track rankings, crawl anomalies, and Core Web Vitals.
• Design and run SEO/CRO experiments and connect organic performance to ARR and pipeline attribution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable, measurable results.
• Recent, dedicated experience building or owning AEO/GEO workstreams.
• B2B SaaS background required, with experience mapping content to enterprise buyer journeys.
• Deep technical SEO fluency and proficiency with core SEO/GEO tools.
• Experience with international SEO and hreflang implementation.
• Working understanding of A/B test design and statistical significance.
