What you will do

• Own the full organic search funnel from discovery and AI citations to booked visits and retention.
• Develop and execute SEO and AI-search strategies for high-intent psychiatric care surfaces including Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude.
• Build AI-assisted content workflows that maintain clinical accuracy, trust, and compliance.
• Manage technical SEO including crawlability, structured data, JavaScript rendering, and AI crawler access.
• Partner with product, clinical, and legal teams to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Build dashboards to track organic growth metrics including CAC payback, LTV, and visit completion rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or content growth for regulated industries.
• Deep technical SEO expertise including JavaScript rendering, schema, and server-log analysis.
• Strong understanding of 2026 AI-search behavior, retrieval systems, and entity authority.
• Proven ability to build AI-assisted content workflows with human and clinical review.
• Strong healthcare judgment regarding YMYL content, privacy, and compliance.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (Visa sponsorship available).
