$89K – $172K (based on experience) + equity (0.1%–0.4%) + commission + bonus

What you will do
- Design and execute growth roadmap, prioritizing experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Own multi-channel execution including performance marketing (Google, Meta), paid/organic social, directories, lifecycle messaging, referrals, partnerships, SEO, and content.
- Run analytics and A/B tests using PostHog and SQL to analyze funnels and define metrics.
- Optimize landing pages, onboarding, scheduling, and lifecycle touchpoints for better conversion and patient experience.
- Synthesize data, user interviews, and feedback into prioritized growth decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and clinical teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Build scalable playbooks for growth channels to support company scaling.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years in growth, consulting, product strategy, marketing, or similar operator role.
- Hands-on experience owning/contributing to multiple acquisition channels (paid social, SEM, directories, lifecycle comms, referrals, partnerships, SEO).
- Strong analytical skills including funnel analysis, experimentation design, data storytelling, PostHog, and basic SQL.
- Track record of moving quickly in ambiguous environments, ruthless prioritization, and execution.
- Clear written/verbal communication and high ownership mindset for autonomous operation.

- Experience in digital health, consumer growth, consulting (MBB), or regulated environments (HIPAA, healthcare advertising).
