What you will do

• Lead the technical SEO roadmap, resolving issues related to indexability, site performance, and Core Web Vitals.
• Develop and execute AEO/GEO strategies for platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Optimize content structure, entity signals, and schema to improve representation in AI-generated responses.
• Utilize AI tools to scale keyword research, competitive monitoring, and reporting workflows.
• Define SEO/AEO KPIs tied to pipeline and organic visibility, running structured experiments to drive growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SEO experience with deep hands-on technical expertise.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex SEO issues across large-scale websites.
• Working knowledge of LLM search, AEO, and how AI assistants retrieve and summarize information.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, and structured data/schema markup.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal
