hirify.global is building AI Agents to transform the $12 trillion global logistics industry by automating manual workflows.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across outbound, SEO, paid marketing, and affiliates.
  • Own core growth metrics and establish end-to-end tracking and attribution.
  • Design and analyze a high volume of growth experiments from hypothesis to conclusion.
  • Operationalize successful experiments into repeatable, automated growth engines.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and sales to lead critical growth projects.
  • Tackle abstract distribution challenges to expand the total addressable market.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a growth function with a track record of owning outcomes.
  • Proficiency with GTM execution tools such as HubSpot, Unify, or Clay.
  • Must be based in or work from the San Francisco or New York City office.
  • Comfortable operating at high intensity (50–60 hour work weeks).
  • Highly creative, outcome-driven, and comfortable with rapid experimentation.

  • Programming or technical ability to build custom growth tooling.
