What you will do
- Develop and execute growth strategies across outbound, SEO, paid marketing, and affiliates.
- Own core growth metrics and establish end-to-end tracking and attribution.
- Design and analyze a high volume of growth experiments from hypothesis to conclusion.
- Operationalize successful experiments into repeatable, automated growth engines.
- Partner with engineering, product, and sales to lead critical growth projects.
- Tackle abstract distribution challenges to expand the total addressable market.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a growth function with a track record of owning outcomes.
- Proficiency with GTM execution tools such as HubSpot, Unify, or Clay.
- Must be based in or work from the San Francisco or New York City office.
- Comfortable operating at high intensity (50–60 hour work weeks).
- Highly creative, outcome-driven, and comfortable with rapid experimentation.
