What you will do

• Set and execute the SEO and GEO roadmap across three distinct brands.
• Own the content strategy framework and prioritize high-leverage pages for organic growth.
• Develop and implement AI search visibility strategies for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
• Build and refine attribution models to connect organic search influence to revenue pipeline.
• Manage and develop a team of two direct reports and oversee multiple agency partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with web, demand gen, and product marketing teams to ensure implementation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS SEO with a proven track record of connecting organic traffic to pipeline.
• Deep operational understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI search.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and hold agency partners accountable.
• Strong cross-functional influence skills to drive implementation without direct authority.
• Ability to build and present complex measurement and attribution stories to executive leadership.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with programmatic or AI-assisted content at scale.
• Background in earned digital PR as an authority-building lever.
• Familiarity with AI search tracking tools like Profound or AirOps.
• Experience in the home services or SMB-focused vertical.
