Location: Must reside within 50 miles of Salt Lake City, Utah. Hybrid arrangement.
Salary: $65,000 – $95,000 OTE

What you will do
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through self-sourced outreach and close collaboration with Account Executives.
- Engage new and existing leads through creative, personalized outreach and authentic conversations over phone or Zoom.
- Develop deep expertise in the platform and stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Refine the sales playbook by analyzing different service lines and buyer personas to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate smooth demo call transitions to ensure a seamless handoff to Account Executives.
Requirements
- Must reside within 50 miles of Salt Lake City, Utah.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and stay highly organized in a research-driven environment.
- Experience meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets in a quota-driven environment.
- Strong emotional intelligence, grit, and resilience when handling objections and challenging conversations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas with confidence.
- Comfort with cold calling and navigating customer-facing environments.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or in Account Management.
- Knowledge of the accounting industry, specifically assurance, advisory, or cybersecurity regulatory standards.
