TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving new business and pipeline growth for an AI-powered audit and advisory platform with an accent on research-driven outreach and lead qualification. Focus on building genuine prospect relationships, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with Account Executives to scale the Utah hub.

Location: Must reside within 50 miles of Salt Lake City, Utah. Hybrid arrangement.

Salary: $65,000 – $95,000 OTE

hirify.global is an AI platform automating and streamlining the work of assurance and audit practitioners within cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through self-sourced outreach and close collaboration with Account Executives.
  • Engage new and existing leads through creative, personalized outreach and authentic conversations over phone or Zoom.
  • Develop deep expertise in the hirify.global platform and stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Refine the sales playbook by analyzing different service lines and buyer personas to maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate smooth demo call transitions to ensure a seamless handoff to Account Executives.

Requirements

  • Must reside within 50 miles of Salt Lake City, Utah.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and stay highly organized in a research-driven environment.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets in a quota-driven environment.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, grit, and resilience when handling objections and challenging conversations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas with confidence.
  • Comfort with cold calling and navigating customer-facing environments.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or in Account Management.
  • Knowledge of the accounting industry, specifically assurance, advisory, or cybersecurity regulatory standards.
