What you will do

• Use AI-assisted tools for research, drafting, and content maintenance while ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Develop structured and reusable content optimized for both human readers and AI-powered discovery.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, design, and customer support to create effective technical content.
• Engage with the user community to understand real-world problems and incorporate insights into documentation.
• Contribute directly to UX text and interaction design to improve product usability.
• Keep up to date with industry trends to innovate the team's documentation processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2+ years of experience as a technical writer, API writer, or UX writer.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Portfolio showcasing software documentation tailored for technical audiences.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and static site generators such as Hugo, Docusaurus, or Gatsby.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools and Google Workspace.
