What you will do

• Build, onboard, and mentor a high-performing Content Marketing team, providing coaching and establishing editorial standards.
• Develop the strategic vision and a rolling editorial calendar aligned with product launches and developer needs.
• Lead flagship thought leadership initiatives, such as the State of Agents report, using data-driven insights.
• Drive organic web traffic and conversion by owning blog performance and collaborating with SEO agencies.
• Write and edit strategic long-form technical content, maintaining voice and technical accuracy for developer audiences.
• Establish scalable content workflows and guidelines to enable high-velocity output without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

• Experience in content marketing, editorial, or product marketing at developer-focused technical product companies.
• 1+ years of experience managing or mentoring individual contributors.
• Exceptional ability to write and edit technically accurate content specifically for developer audiences.
• Proven track record of driving organic growth through SEO-optimized content and tools.
• Technical acumen in AI/ML concepts; familiarity with LangChain and LangSmith is a bonus.
• Must be based in the US or eligible to work remotely within the United States.
