Content Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, USA; hybrid with at least two days per week in the office

Salary: $116,000–$145,000 per year, plus bonus potential, equity for eligible roles, and a monthly Flex Fund stipend. No additional commission-based compensation.

Deasy Labs, part of hirify.global, develops technology that discovers, enriches, and maintains semantic context in unstructured data, generating structured metadata, taxonomies, and relationships for accurate and controlled AI retrieval.

What you will do

• Set editorial direction and generate original ideas for Deasy's marketing and category positioning.
• Write and test paid and organic advertising copy, including headlines, hooks, claims, and campaign messaging.
• Own website copy across product, homepage, comparison, integration, use case, AEO, and competitive positioning pages.
• Create social posts, executive ghostwriting, short-form video scripts, whitepapers, technical blog posts, and product explainers.
• Develop event materials, booth graphics, demo scripts, launch messaging, press materials, and partnership announcements.
• Work with founders, product leadership, engineers, and marketing to translate technical capabilities into clear market language.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of technology writing experience with a portfolio spanning advertising, web, long-form content, social media, and scripts.
• Technical fluency sufficient to read technical documentation, understand product demonstrations, and write accurate content for developer, data, and enterprise audiences.
• Experience developing language and positioning for first-to-market or category-defining products.
• Strong independent judgment, editorial craft, idea generation, and ability to deliver finished content from concise briefs.
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot to solve business challenges and streamline workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
