Content Manager (AI): Defining the market understanding of a new AI category for Deasy Labs by owning all customer-facing copy and editorial direction with an accent on original, sharp, and high-impact writing. Focus on creating category-defining narratives, technical long-form content, and high-converting ad campaigns.

Location: Hybrid in New York City (minimum 2 days/week in office). This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Salary: $116,000 - $145,000 per year

What you will do

• Establish editorial direction and pitch original ideas for ad angles and technical content to drive market awareness.
• Write and test copy for paid and organic ad campaigns, maintaining a constant pipeline of fresh angles.
• Own all website copy for deasylabs.com, including landing pages for AEO and competitive positioning.
• Create organic social content and ghostwrite for founders and executives, including short-form video scripts.
• Produce long-form technical content, whitepapers, and product explainers based on interviews with engineers.
• Develop messaging and press materials for new product launches, partnerships, and integrations.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of tech writing experience with a portfolio covering ads, web, long-form, and social scripts.
• Technical fluency to read technical documentation and translate product demos into accurate, specific copy.
• Track record of writing for first-to-market products and inventing new category language.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to streamline workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related professional experience.
• Must be based in New York City and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
