Sr Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Hybrid workplace model requiring at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Partner with investment leaders and hiring managers to define talent needs and recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build pipelines of investment talent for immediate hiring needs and longer-term workforce planning.
• Develop search strategies covering role specifications, screening criteria, timelines, sourcing methods, and interview frameworks.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, and Workday to identify and engage candidates.
• Partner with external search firms and use market intelligence to support senior and specialized searches.

Requirements

• 10+ years of dedicated, end-to-end recruiting experience.
• 5+ years supporting talent acquisition for investment or financial services professionals.
• Experience recruiting across portfolio management, investment research, quantitative and fundamental strategies, risk management, or portfolio construction.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and competitive investment talent markets.
• Ability to manage multiple searches, prioritize effectively, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of recruiting-related HR practices, compensation, and benefits.
