Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia (requires at least four days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Lead the full recruiting lifecycle for the Investments organization, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop targeted, multi-channel recruiting strategies aligned with firm culture.
  • Build and maintain robust pipelines for specialized roles in portfolio management, investment research, and risk management.
  • Design comprehensive search strategies, role specifications, and interview frameworks.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and external databases to identify and engage top-tier talent.
  • Construct and negotiate competitive offers across various seniority levels.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of dedicated, end-to-end recruiting experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting talent acquisition for investment or financial services professionals.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing for quantitative and fundamental investment strategies and portfolio construction.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of HR practices, including compensation and benefits within competitive talent markets.
  • Ability to build trusted, proactive relationships with senior stakeholders.
