What you will do
- Lead the redesign of core operating processes, including budgeting, headcount management, and planning cycles, converting them into AI-native workflows.
- Hands-on design, build, and deploy AI agents and integrations using tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
- Re-architect budgeting and funding levers to optimize AI investments and senior hiring capacity.
- Automate executive business reviews and establish a single source of truth for cost, capacity, and portfolio data.
- Define governance, audit trails, and cost controls for AI-driven workflows in partnership with Finance and Legal.
- Manage a cross-functional team of engineers, operations managers, and program managers to land the new operating model.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of related professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or financial planning.
- Proven ability to personally build working AI agents and integrations across multiple technology stacks.
- Deep understanding of how product/engineering organizations run, specifically budgeting and resource allocation.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams comprising engineering and operations roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
