What you will do

• Partner with the President to oversee cross-business line alignment and ensure strategic goals are met.
• Lead GTM strategies and cross-functional initiatives, including M&A integration to improve efficiency.
• Manage CRM strategy, reporting, and develop dashboards to track business performance and control metrics.
• Coordinate support functions across Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, and Risk teams.
• Oversee committee governance, regulatory responses, policy management, and headcount growth.
• Design and execute employee engagement strategies and facilitate internal communications and town halls.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in business management, strategic planning, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Must be based in New York, NY to support the required hybrid work schedule.
• Experience in the intermediary, institutional, or financial advisory space, specifically with alternative investment products.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, control frameworks, and regulatory environments.
• Proven track record of leading organizational change through technology and process reengineering.
• Advanced proficiency in stakeholder management, data visualization, and reporting tools.
