What you will do

• Own the Coding pod’s supply strategy and capacity planning to align talent needs with forecasted customer demand.
• Manage supply performance reporting, including expert growth, activation, and utilization metrics.
• Optimize contributor allocation and design incentive structures to balance quality and project timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery, Growth, GTM, Finance, and Analytics teams.
• Scale strategic talent channels, such as BPOs, and develop mitigation plans for structural supply risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth operations, supply operations, consulting, or strategy in high-growth environments.
• Proven experience building supply and demand forecasting models with scenario-based planning.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL for data-driven decision-making.
• Experience operating in marketplace, workforce, staffing, or two-sided platform businesses.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.
