Location: Remote (Northern California, USA)

Salary: $250,000–$290,000 plus Bonus & Equity

What you will do

• Lead onshore and offshore teams responsible for the GTM organization's applications and technology landscape.
• Drive the transformation and integration of GTM systems using an AI-first mentality to accelerate strategy execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership, identifying and translating AI opportunities into tangible business value.
• Re-engineer slow or people-intensive processes to increase productivity and reduce elapsed time.
• Design and scale the deployment of LLMs, AI agents, and other automated solutions for GTM performance.
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Product teams to align AI solutions and share cross-departmental knowledge.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in GTM operations at a high-tech company, including process re-engineering.
• 5+ years of direct management experience leading both onshore and offshore teams.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and scaling AI-based solutions and managing modern tech stacks.
• Bachelor of Science (BS) in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence for advising business leaders.
• Must be able to comply with U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive, Sales Manager, or Solution Engineer.
• Experience operating within a matrixed, global environment.
• Proven success in decommissioning legacy GTM systems and rationalizing system landscapes.
