Senior Business Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, NY; Redwood City, CA; or San Francisco, CA

Salary: $132,000 - $208,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with leadership to frame complex business problems and drive them through to execution and measurable impact.
• Own cross-functional initiatives and stand up new programs from problem definition through measurement and handoff.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured operating plans, managing OKRs, roadmapping, and business review cycles.
• Develop dashboards and reporting using the internal data stack to enable data-driven business decisions without relying on technical analysts.
• Analyze complex datasets to provide clear, actionable recommendations for executive audiences.
• Design and implement durable systems and processes that scale with the company's growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in roles requiring strong business judgment and cross-functional execution under ambiguity.
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to build financial or market models from scratch.
• Hands-on technical capability with data lakes, pipelines, CRM, ERP, and BI tools.
• Passion for AI tooling and the ability to build prototypes to demonstrate business possibilities.
• Strong project management fundamentals and the ability to lead workstreams independently.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York City, Redwood City, or San Francisco (Hybrid).
