What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority cross-functional initiatives from scoping and success metrics definition to implementation.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, focusing on scalable process improvements, automation, and systems alignment.
• Design and operationalize governance mechanisms, including KPA frameworks, operating dashboards, and executive forums.
• Partner with technical AI teams to execute high-impact use cases that create operational leverage and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Product to align stakeholders and ensure accountability.
• Support strategic projects including M&A, partnerships, and corporate transformation programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, CS, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Experience working directly with senior executives to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate data into action.
• Must be based in or able to work from Woburn, MA under a hybrid arrangement.
