Salary: $224,460 - $336,300 per annum

What you will do

• Partner with the SVP & GM to define business strategy, organizational priorities, and long-range planning.
• Lead the Business Operations function and develop scalable processes to improve organizational effectiveness and speed of execution.
• Develop executive-level presentations, board materials, and strategic communications for senior leadership.
• Drive execution of high-priority strategic initiatives across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership on annual planning, forecasting, and budget management.
• Implement KPIs and executive dashboards to provide visibility into business performance and organizational agility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or executive-level functions.
• Demonstrated success operating in highly complex technology organizations.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable U.S. law.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Experience in semiconductors, networking, cloud infrastructure, or AI systems.
• Technical background in semiconductor engineering or silicon development.
• Experience working with hyperscale cloud providers or networking OEMs.
