What you will do

• Lead the management of the CRM system to meticulously track and analyze customer interactions, sales activities, and trends.
• Update, optimize, and document data management processes to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the business development team on strategic planning, market research, and the execution of growth initiatives.
• Coordinate and participate in marketing campaigns and events to promote brand image and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Act as a proactive communicator, ensuring timely and effective follow-up with end users regarding inquiries.
• Support Commercial and Key Account Managers through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or related functional areas.
• Proven understanding of CRM, business development, and marketing.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is required.
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Nice to have

• Experience within the manufacturing or automotive industry in a similar capacity.
