What you will do
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with key accounts to ensure sustainable growth.
- Drive sales expansion by developing profitable business with assigned accounts and acquiring new customers.
- Organize annual sales meetings to identify and establish high-potential customers.
- Provide premium customer service and ongoing support to high-value clients across the product range.
- Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives, including POS, print, and online activities.
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Controlling, and Logistics teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development with a proven track record of growth.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and financial acumen.
- Fluent English and proficiency in Arabic.
- Willingness to travel for regular account and prospective customer visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.
