What you will do
- Drive profitable sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and generating new leads within existing and new accounts.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive buyers, business partners, and industry associations.
- Execute targeted demand creation activities, including presentations, webinars, and outreach events.
- Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities using sales force automation (SFA) tools.
- Collaborate with sales engineers to develop complex solutions and lead the response to RFPs/RFIs.
- Develop sales playbooks and customer success stories to improve the relevance and quality of client interactions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven success in generating revenue growth in a sales or business development role.
- 5+ years of relevant industry or market segment experience.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships at the Senior Management level.
- Experience in building and implementing business development plans based on market data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Ability to work from the Dubai office.
