TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business sales for hirify.global’s experience intelligence platform within the Middle East region with an accent on managing the full sales cycle for UAE & GCC accounts. Focus on establishing relationships with senior executives and decision-makers and achieving sales targets for complex enterprise technology.

Location: Hybrid role, must be based in Saudi Arabia, with sales responsibilities for UAE & GCC (excluding KSA).

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for hirify.global’s experience intelligence platform for UAE & GCC.
  • Establish and navigate relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the sales ecosystem to drive sales initiatives and partnerships.
  • Foster new relationships through outbound efforts and with the SDR team.
  • Work with and help grow the partner community in the region.
  • Collaborate with MENAT and global teams to build strategic adoption plans for customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal communication) is required.
  • Experience as a sales hunter (new logo / new revenue acquisition) with relevant enterprise SaaS experience.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
  • Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite at leading enterprise companies.

Nice to have

  • Sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger).
  • Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Passionate about a career in martech & analytics.
