Location: Hybrid role, must be based in Saudi Arabia, with sales responsibilities for UAE & GCC (excluding KSA).

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle for hirify.global’s experience intelligence platform for UAE & GCC.
- Establish and navigate relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales ecosystem to drive sales initiatives and partnerships.
- Foster new relationships through outbound efforts and with the SDR team.
- Work with and help grow the partner community in the region.
- Collaborate with MENAT and global teams to build strategic adoption plans for customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and verbal communication) is required.
- Experience as a sales hunter (new logo / new revenue acquisition) with relevant enterprise SaaS experience.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively.
- Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite at leading enterprise companies.
Nice to have
- Sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger).
- Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
- Passionate about a career in martech & analytics.
