What you will do

• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplined team of electrical harness design engineers.
• Support manufacturing needs by defining alternate parts and establishing Material Review Board (MRB) processes.
• Oversee technical design reviews for electrical wiring systems and approve critical documentation like BOMs and drawings.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards such as AC 43.13-1B, AS50881, and ASTM F2639.
• Manage corporate schedules, budgets, and staffing requirements for the electrical wiring department.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading multi-disciplined electrical harness design teams in aerospace.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D design tools, specifically Mentor Graphics Capital and NX.
• Deep knowledge of electrical harness fabrication requirements and certification standards.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
