Location: Hybrid (Frisco, Texas) - Must be based in or able to work from the Frisco/Dallas area (3 days in office)

What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic partner for high-value accounting firms, ensuring maximum platform leverage to meet their business needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end partner experience from initial implementation through to renewal.
  • Coordinate between Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product teams to resolve issues and advocate for partner needs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and proactive outreach to monitor firm health, usage trends, and subscription growth.
  • Drive ongoing product education and best practices to help partners extract maximum value from the ecosystem.
  • Translate recurring product pain points into actionable roadmap insights to improve the accountant experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B client engagement.
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS, cloud-based enterprise solutions, or financial management platforms.
  • Proven track record of driving product adoption and improving retention within a large-scale matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in customer success tools such as Salesforce and Quickbase.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to partner sites.
  • Hybrid work requirement: Must work 3 days per week from the Frisco, Texas office.
