What you will do

• Track supplier payments and manage invoicing audits and reviews.
• Handle dispute management processes with suppliers.
• Maintain and update inbound local cost and operational tracking databases.
• Manage month-end closing files.
• Support the track and trace process for inbound shipments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Must be based in Mexico City.
