Senior Customs Expert (International Trade)

What you will do

• Manage and ensure compliance of Immex, Annex 24, and virtual operations.
• Record import/export transactions and process customs regime changes for scrap.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and validate BOMs between ZOE and SAP systems.
• Drive operational performance of transit activities and interact with brokers and third parties.
• Coordinate audit responses and maintain contact with authorities to ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce customs duty spending and optimize operating costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Economics, Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience working with Customs and Annex 24 reconstruction.
• Fluent English language is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Strong stakeholder, collaboration, and conflict management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or specialized Customs Software.
