What you will do

• Plan and prepare production schedules by analyzing specifications, plant capacity, and resource requirements.
• Track schedule performance against established goals and monitor changes.
• Collect and analyze data inputs to ensure accurate planning and execution.
• Develop improvement strategies and recommendations based on production trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and operational efficiency.
• Support reporting activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• One to two years of experience in a similar role.
• Must be located in Piedras Negras, Coahuila.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
