Salary: $110,000–$140,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions

What you will do

• Manage growth-oriented projects, including business case creation, resource planning, and ROI evaluation.
• Identify and implement new technologies and AI solutions to automate business models and improve operational efficiency.
• Design and maintain best-in-class Power BI dashboards and reports to drive business insights.
• Develop and maintain sales playbooks, policies, and procedures to ensure 100% compliance across the organization.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, and R&D to consolidate budgets, manage P&L, and forecast revenue and costs.
• Collaborate with HR and Global Onboarding to define training requirements and ensure team competency.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales operations, commercial excellence, or sales enablement.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and CRM Dynamics.
• Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time to visit distributors and customers.
• Experience in the food industry or life science/biotechnology sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and persuade cross-functional teams.
