Location: Remote (Must be based in the US). Occasional travel to Mississauga or Salt Lake City offices is required for onboarding and team events.

Salary: $115,900 - $128,800 + bonus

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and backlog for the data platform portfolio, prioritizing capabilities based on business impact and customer value.
• Translate domain needs into clear data definitions, schemas, and technical requirements for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data platform engineers to guide datasets through transformation stages into consumable layers.
• Drive cross-platform data consistency and adoption by aligning multiple product teams.
• Establish and monitor data health, adoption, and usability metrics to inform roadmap decisions.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of the data catalog to ensure datasets are well-documented.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience, specifically within B2B enterprise environments.
• Proven experience managing data platforms, data pipelines, or analytics products through the full SDLC.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data transformation.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms.
• Must be located in the United States.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Experience with data cataloging and cross-domain governance.
