What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing IT sales team to achieve growth objectives.
• Own the Managed IT Services sales forecast and provide accurate revenue projections.
• Drive new client acquisition and recurring revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering to develop customer-focused technical solutions.
• Monitor sales metrics, pipeline health, and ensure CRM data integrity.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing sales talent.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of technology sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated Managed IT Services (MSP) sales experience.
• Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
• Experience leading and developing Account Executives.
• Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience selling cloud infrastructure or cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience leading SMB-focused technology sales organizations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
