Salary: $103,500 – $191,900

What you will do

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and accelerate funnel growth.
  • Act as a player-coach, owning a personal quota while driving the full team's performance and quotas.
  • Recruit, develop, and coach top-tier sales talent on prospecting discipline and customer engagement.
  • Implement and scale structured pipeline management and hirify.global Business System (RBS) tools.
  • Build executive-level relationships with strategic customers and manage high-level service escalations.
  • Drive new customer acquisition from scratch to build a repeatable and scalable sales motion.

Requirements

  • Proven success leading national or multi-region sales teams with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience operating as a player-coach, simultaneously carrying an individual quota and leading a team.
  • High proficiency in prospecting, pipeline development, and disciplined funnel management.
  • Ability to thrive in lean, fast-paced environments with rapidly evolving priorities.
  • Experience in high-tech, industrial services, or technical solution sales environments.
  • Must be based in the United States.
